Jill in Golden, Co. 80419 fortunately had a carbon monoxide detector in her home. It starting going off and she called Appletree out to check things out. Jill’s furnace was leaking massive amounts of carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. We were able to install a new furnace for Jill the same day, so she wouldn’t have to go without heat for a day. Jill was impressed that although the technicians started the furnace in the afternoon they stayed and finished the job while well into the evening. She as impressed by the strong work ethic our technicians exhibited and well as making sure the job was done right. Jill is a another very satisfied customer.

Paula in Commerce City, Co. 80022 had her floor drain in her basement backing up every time she washed a load of clothes. We went to her home and cabled out the drain line for her laundry. We also recommended and explained the use of an enzyme cleaner called “Bio-Clean” for use in her drains. Paula has been using the Bio-Clean ever since and has not had any other drain problems. She is thankful for the advise and the money it is saving her in having to have her drains professionally cleaned.

Peter Of Arvada, Co. 80004 had his main water service pipe severely frozen. We drained the pipes and cut into a copper line above floor. We were then able to use a steam unit with tubing to unthaw the pipe. We ran the tubing down the water line 10 to 15 feet to where the frozen blockage. The pipe was really frozen and the steam took some time to unthaw. The task was accomplished with no damage done. The pipe was then soldered where cut and the water was again flowing normal. Peter told us he was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the technicians and would highly recommend us to others.

Harold in Broomfield, Co. 80020 had a water heater which was leaking in his basement. An old water heater he knew it needed to be replaced. Harold called several plumbing companies asking for water heater quotes. When we called Appletree he was given pricing for a 30 gallon, 40 gallon and a 50 gallon water heater with normal installation. Harold told us he was quite surprised because none of the other plumbing companies he called would give him any kind of discount pricing. Harold called to advise us he was very pleased to see that the technician honored the prices quoted which he felt were fair. The technician only advised the supply lines should also be changed due to extreme age of them. Harold agreed to this addition as the technician showed him the “wear and tear”. Harold said he actually expected the technician to “beef up the price” once he got there. He was quite pleased the original pricing stood with only a very minor pricing recommendation given. Harold told us he “He was a very satisfied customer.”

John in Cherry Hills, Co. 80113 was having serious water heater Problems. He had three (3) 50 gallon water heaters all of which needed to be replaced and re plumbed. A valued customer he once again called Appletree Plumbing. We were able to install 2 new eternal water heaters (tankless water heater systems) in place of the old 50 gallon water heaters. We re-plumbed, bring everything up to code. John is thrilled with the new water heaters and their efficiency. He stated how pleased he was that he could always count on Appletree plumbing to come through for him.

Joe L. in Denver, Co. 80221 called in and said he heard the sound of an explosion coming from his boiler. Terrified he called Appletree. We sent an experienced boiler technician to check things out. There was a short in the gas valve. We replaced the gas valve, clean and serviced the boiler and calibrated the gas pressure. In his own words, Joe was quite relieved “his house didn’t blow up.” He appreciated the Fast service and quality work he received.

Claire in Thornton, Co. 80229 had a very bad leak at the main shut off valve in her home. Appletree had been recommended to her. We sent a technician who turned on the water and cut out and removed the old shutoff and soldered in a new ball valve. He then turned back on the water, bled the lines and tested. The new shutoff valve worked great.

Tim in Denver, Co. 80205 heard banging during the night coming from his radiators. He had an old house with the old style radiators and boiler. As we specialize in “unusual problems” he called Appletree. We were able to send an experienced technician who was able to take apart the radiator and valve and test. After making the repair Tim can again sleep at night without the loud banging noise. Yet another satisfied customer.

Pam in Golden, Co. 80401 had us out to make a repair to her reverse osmosis system. This is a water filtration system. She had called several other companies who could not work on the system. Our technician was able to make her repair. She was quite happy with the great service and will recommend Appletree to others.

Rodger in Edgewater, Co. 80214 was without heat on a very cold day. He had recently had another company out he was not pleased with. Our technician diagnosed the problem was with the ignitor which had burnt out. Actually, the furnace had the wrong ignitor installed. Rodger had just had the ignitor replaced by the company he had not been happy with. We corrected the problem and now Rodger has heat and the correct parts installed on this furnace.
