Who wants to have to replace a furnace in spring!  Well I had to and I was extremely impressed with Appletree Plumbing and Heating and their technician Robert. Not only was Robert very knowledgeable, he took great pride in his work. I knew my furnace was old and going to go out at any time and in need of replacement.  A single woman, I was wary about having to call out a heating specialist. Robert took his time and explained the furnace problems and showed me where the many repairs were needed. It was his recommendation to replace the furnace due to the age and extensive repairs needed. I agreed and the furnace was installed the same day. Personally, I would highly recommend you use Appletree Plumbing and Heating. Cindy O., Golden, CO.
In early January I had my ducts cleaned and several days later…noticed a fowl smell coming through. I called AppleTree Plumbing and a few hours later Robert (the tech) was here with an amazing piece of equipment, called “the mini cam”. Robert put this camera into my vent sending several feet in…was able to see a dead rodent in a very awkward corner. Robert was wonderful! he worked for quite sometime to pinpoint this problem and told me he wasn’t gonna leave until he got to the bottom of the smell. I have never received such excellent service! I can’t thank him enough for getting rid of the critter, and with such determination! I will always call AppleTree Plumbing!
My husband was out of town when my furnace went out. Of course it was an extremely cold day (Murphy’s law). Not usually having to be the one to deal with such problems I panicked. I called Appletree as they had done some plumbing work for us before. Robert the technician was great. He explained the problems in great detail, showing me where the heat exchanger was cracked along with several other issues. Our furnace was quite old. We chose to replace the furnace and Robert continued to explain things so I could understand them. The new furnace was installed same day. When my husband did get home he was quite pleased with my decision and the fair pricing we received. Thank you Robert and Thank you Appletree. Tracy F. Brad, I just want to let you know how pleased I am with your technicians Lawrence and Kevin and the wonderful job they did in thawing out my pipes. As you know I had called other companies who wouldn’t even begin to tackle the problem due to the plastic pipes. Lawrence used a steam unit and was able to clear the blockage in about 10-20 feet of pipe taking all the precautions etc. in order not to cause any damage. Mrs Wemling of Denver, Co 80209 called to say what a wonderful technician Morris is He was very thorough with his diagnosis, He found the leak right away from our upstairs bathroom. He protected all the things around him Fixed the leak and cleaned everything up better than it was before he started. The complete job was about half as much as the previous company wanted to fix the same thing. You guys are the greatest!
